Neolife Balancing Tonic All Skin Types is an alcohol-free, pH-balanced toner with added marine and other carefully selected botanicals. Any remaining pollutants are gently removed by using organic certified balancing toner, which is suitable for all skin types. It is light and energising and helps to brighten and lessen facial redness.

Ginkgo biloba and Panax ginseng have moisturising and energising properties. Brown seaweed extract is rich in iodine and magnesium, which mineralize and balance the skin. Cornflower water soothes and softens the face.

Instructions

Apply a generous amount of Balancing Tonic on a cotton ball or pad, then pat the face with the cotton ball or pad. everyday use following cleansing.
